Following the success of Le Géant at Mount Tremblant and Monterra in Collingwood, Lora Bay is a collaboration with 2006 Ryder Cup Captain Tom Lehman. McBroom and Lehman have crafted a bold and strategic course adjacent to the dramatic Nippissing Ridge just west of the village of Thornbury. McBroom and Lehman spent hours working out the strategic nuances and a fresh bunker style motif that is dramatic and eye-pleasing. Golfers won't soon forget the holes that run atop the escarpment and the spectacular views over Georgian Bay.    |
