"All three (par 3 third par 4 sixth and par 5 ninth holes) require golfers to be imaginative off the tee – and they better have good imaginations." – Mark Atchison, Toronto Star

With flashed-faced bunkering and fairways that cut through dense forests, Ussher's Creek is a beautiful parkland course with a classic feel. Tom McBroom helped fulfill the bold vision of the Niagara Parks Commission to create Legends on the Niagara, a 45-hole golf facility that would become the anchor property for the region's development into a golf destination. Ussher's Creek is the sister course to the Battlefield and the Chippewa, a 9-hole executive course. At 7,200 yards and in combination with the 360-degree practice range, Legends is a potential Canadian Open venue. A very playable and strategic course, Ussher's Creek offers multiple options off the tee and variable routes to the greens. The namesake creek has been masterfully woven into the design as demonstrated on the 553-yard, par 5 ninth, streaking along the right side of the fairway before cutting in front of a shallow green. This is risk-reward golf at its finest.
